See What Men can Do......

There are a lot of questions in our mind. How did they do that? Why did they do that and Who did that?

This, I want to share with you. Maybe you also want to see and experience this wonderful creation of mankind because of their belief. Some may call it a miracle but I call it reality.

During my recent vacation in Bukidnon, we went to a special place located in the Municipality of El Salvador one of the provinces of Misamis Oriental in the Northern part of Mindanao, philippines.

Structural Plan

The Divine Mercy Shrine

The place is located in the Divine Mercy Hills, overlooking Macajalar Bay. There stands a gigantic 50 ft. statue of the Divine Mercy. This shrine serves as a pilgrim center for the Divine Mercy devotees. Since it is considered a sacred place for prayer and veneration to our Lord Jesus, visitors are not allowed to wear shorts and other revealing clothing. If you happen to wear inappropriate clothing you will be provided clothes to cover yourself.

Accessibility

The town does not have air and sea transportation facilities. Nearby Cagayan de Oro City is the main entry point to Misamis Oriental and Northern Mindanao. From there, one would then take bus or provincial jeepney from the Bulua-Westbound Bus and Jeepney Terminal.
